Jiyoun Kim Studio collaborated with Hahn’s Farm, a Korean agricultural distribution company, to create a premium Cheongju brand.
Hanbit Chungju is an alcoholic drink made from rice grown in Pyeongchang, a region in Korea that hosted the Winter Olympics. It is a new premium brand that pays great attention to the finest detail, from ingredients to distillation process and quality control, with the determination to present genuine refined rice wine to consumers.
To embody a pure rice wine without additives, Jiyoun Kim Studio used the simplest glass bottle and minimalist Korean typography. And to express a restrained sense of luxury, the texture of glass and paper is shown as it is.
Hanbit Cheongju began selling in Korea in the fall of 2022.
